Pediatric Pulmonologist & Sleep Specialist
Dr. Bharath Reddy is a Pediatric Pulmonologist and Sleep Specialist, healthcare entrepreneur, and the Founder & CEO of Shishuka Children's Hospitals.
With a clinical focus on pediatric respiratory and sleep medicine, he founded Shishuka with a vision to build a comprehensive, child-focused healthcare organisation where families can access high-quality pediatric care across primary care, subspecialties, diagnostics, preventive health and specialised programs within an integrated ecosystem.
Under his leadership, Shishuka has grown into a network of pediatric hospitals and clinics in Bengaluru, bringing together pediatricians, specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. His focus extends beyond individual clinical practice to building the systems, people and culture required to deliver consistent clinical excellence at scale.

Advisory Board Member
Dr. P. K. Vedanthan is a physician, academic, healthcare entrepreneur and global medical educator with over four decades of experience in medicine and healthcare leadership.
A graduate of Mysore Medical College, he completed his training in Medicine and Pediatrics through Brown University-affiliated hospitals, followed by a Fellowship in Allergy & Immunology in Denver. He is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado.
In 1976, Dr. Vedanthan established an Allergy, Asthma & Immunology practice in Colorado, scaling it over 10–15 years into a multimillion-dollar, physician-led organisation spanning five cities and two states, with 16 satellite clinics serving a catchment of 1.5 million people.
He is also the Founder & Chairman of International Asthma Services, a global medical charity established in 1992, and has contributed extensively to medical education and healthcare development in India.
At Shishuka — provides strategic guidance on physician leadership, partnerships, organisational structure, and scaling a physician-led healthcare network nationally.
Advisory Board Member
Dr. Tristha Ramamurthy is an education leader, entrepreneur and early-stage investor with over 15 years of experience building and transforming education institutions.
She is the Vice President of CMR Group of Institutions, Founder of Ekya Schools, Provost of CMR University, and Founder of Ekya Nava.
She founded Ekya Schools in 2010, building it into a progressive school network in Bengaluru. Today, she leads K–12 initiatives across 12 institutions serving approximately 8,000 students.
She has also played a key role in shaping CMR University, which has over 9,000 students, leading transformative academic and administrative initiatives and, during COVID, restructuring the university framework and introducing design thinking, community service and career preparedness.
With a Master's in Education from Stanford University, a Doctorate in Education from King's College London, and the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School, she brings academic depth, entrepreneurial thinking, organisational leadership and innovation.
